Yoga Basics 2

This class is open to all levels of experience! In class we explore the ‘nuts and bolts’ of traditional Hatha poses, in a fun and interactive setting. Students are encouraged to consider their own bodies as human labs while experimenting all the nuances of the movements. Be prepared to incorporate blocks, straps, blankets to deepen your physical awareness. Yoga Tune Up therapy balls assist in self massage and deep release of muscle and soft tissue tensions. No two classes are ever the same! This class is for you if you’re looking to upgrade your yoga practice, stretch your body and comfort zone safely, enhance athletic performance, increase your range of motion and refresh your  routine-rut!
