Tyler has completed a 200 hour YTT in Hatha Yoga and Positive Psychology and 220 hour Level 1 YTT for Kundalini Yoga through the Kundalini Research Institute. Tyler began practicing mindfulness meditation in 1998, and after experiencing the immense benefits, started to explore various yoga disciplines in philosophy and practice.
His scientific background led him along a path where science and spirituality merge. Thus, he was naturally drawn to Kundalini Yoga as it has been described as the science of angles and triangles. Tyler evokes crystal singing bowls as a sound healing modality and is dedicated to furthering his understanding and practice of various yogic traditions to serve his highest self and to serve others on their journey. His other interests include the philosophy and practice of Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga, and the healing practice of Sat Nam Rasayan.
