This class is all about allowing yourself the freedom to follow your body, breath and space – there will always be choices presented and modifications given that allow each student to be fully in charge of their own body. Throughout the practice, you will be encouraged to tune in to yourself, to remain present, and to release the rush of thoughts in your mind. At no point will you be asked to share your background, story, or experiences.
