Unwind and recharge with this slow moving, gentle and restorative class. This class focuses on strengthening the meditative mind and practices moving with mindfulness and grace. Requiring minimal energetic output. Expect to remain on the floor, in seated and reclining positioning with gentle hatha postures to move the body as well as longer held restorative postures with props to help relax, heal and rejuvenate. This practice is suitable for all levels; practitioners with a more vigorous practice will benefit from this class.
