Ancient teachings of mudra, mantra, pranayama and meditation are woven within the class to deepen awareness of the subtler cues the body is giving us as to how it feels and how it needs to release. Mindfulness of the breath is emphasized as poses are held longer to draw deeper into the feeling of pure spirit.
