Kareen Novak
Kareen Novak has an M.A. in psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She has studied Dreamtending for 15 years with Stephen Aizenstat, Ph.D., of Pacifica, and has kept journals of her own dreams for over 30 years.

Dreamwork:
Kareen has a passion for dreams, and loves to teach people how to open up their own dreams and decipher the messages they send to us in the night. She believes that dreams are gifts from the unconscious, and
that when we take the time to explore their rich, multilayered imagery, they can bring great insight and healing to our lives.
